I’ve been wanting to write a post about Pamela and Adam’s wedding for weeks and am so excited to finally be able to put pen to paper, or rather fingers to keyboard (believe you me it’s a good job I’m not writing it by hand as you’d not be able to read a word of it!).
There were so many wonderful aspects of this day it’s hard to know quite where to begin but I think I’m going to have to start by mentioning Pam’s amazing Joyce Young wedding dress. There’s no doubting it was absolutely beautiful but for me what really made it stand out was that it had pockets! I think it would be fair to say that I was more than a little excited about this feature.
The stunning flowers and floral crowns also definitely deserve a mention, and I can’t say I’d complain about the pom poms swinging from the roof of the conservatory (which just happened to be filled with beautiful spring sunshine). The ceremony itself was moving and I particularly loved the fact that Pam’s Gran was a ring bearer.
Kincaid House is surrounded by lovely woodland and with a very willing bride and groom and a pair of wellies, we managed to negotiate some of the slightly squidgy bits for some shots. We did decide however that climbing over a barbed wire fence into a field might not be perhaps the best idea…
And before I run out of superlatives to describe this gorgeous wedding I think I’d better just upload some of their shots!
Since writing this post, Pamela and Adam’s wedding has been featured on Love my Dress which you can check out here.
